When you use TryFit, we may collect the following information:

• Photos you upload: Images uploaded for virtual try-on are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Photos are deleted immediately after the try-on result is generated.
• Store information: Shop domain, product details (title, image URL) used during the try-on process.
• Usage data: Number of try-ons, timestamps, and product IDs for analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Generate AI-powered virtual try-on results
• Provide and maintain the TryFit service
• Track usage for billing and analytics
• Improve our AI models and service quality

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to process data:

• Replicate: AI model hosting for virtual try-on image generation. Photos are sent securely and processed in real-time. Replicate does not store your images after processing.
• Railway: Cloud hosting for our application servers.
• Shopify: E-commerce platform through which our app operates.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded photos are processed in real-time and immediately deleted after generating the try-on result. We do not store your personal photos. Try-on result URLs are retained for session duration only and expire automatically.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure API authentication, and access controls to protect your information.

6. Customer Data

TryFit does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable customer information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or payment details. We only process the photos voluntarily uploaded by users for the try-on feature.

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your data

8. Shopify Store Owners

When a store owner uninstalls TryFit, we delete all associated shop data including settings, session tokens, and try-on logs within 48 hours.

9. Children's Privacy

TryFit is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify affected parties of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
